This weekend, some of our favorite local elected officials (and presumptive elected officials) will be canvassing, block-walking and door-knocking for Obama on the mean streets of Santa Fe. Here’s the schedule:
Saturday 9.13.08
10 AM: Santa Fe Mayor David Coss and Española Mayor Joseph MaestasSunday 9.14.08
1 PM: County Commissioner Kathleen Holian, City Councilor Chris Calvert and City Councilor Miguel Chavez from Santa Fe
4 PM: City Councilor Rosemary Romero from Santa Fe
So, in other words, if an uninvited knock comes to your door, be nice. They might have the power to turn off your water.
